Your team can manage, track status, and settle claims from beginning to end.
Efficient Moving claims management is essential to customer satisfaction and business operations. Mover Claims LLC provides several key features to help your team operate effectively and keep your customers happy.
Our goal is to make claims management as easy as possible for Movers. We continually review our features and add functionality.
When moving claims are submitted, the enter the Mover Claims system and mover agents are notified via email of the new claim. The notification can go one person or to multiple people. The notifcation links to the claim. If the agent is already logged in, the will see the claim. Otherwise, they will log in and come to the claims dashboard.
The first thing an agent user sees is the list of moving claims. This provides a quick refrence for the status of claims in the system. Ordered from most recent to oldest claims, with color coded metrics, the user can see which claims have not been started (New), which have not been assigned (unassigned) and can start managing the claims.
The stat card aling the top provides a snapshot of the lifetime metrics (reporting provide time-based metrics).
Below the metrics is the search and filter bar. User can easily search for specific claims by name, email or order number. The claims list can also be filtered ny claim type, status, or assigned user.
This screen as a great starting point for all users. A claims coordinator can filter by the claims that have been assigned to them and start managing their workload. A claims manager can see what still needs to be assigned, or what has a status of new but is assigned... indicating progress stalled. While this is a good day-to-day snapshor or a manager, we have more robust reporting to assess overall claims management performance.
By clicking on the claim line, users can view the claim detail.
With a new claim, the first action is to assign the claim to a person who is responsibile for the claim settlment. The claim enters the system as unassigned.
As the claim progresses, the claims manager updates the status to track when the customer was contacted, the claim is in process, and when it is settled or denied. Along with the update, the manager can add a short note (there is a robust notes section below).
One of the key features of the Mover Claims system is the detailed activity log. Every action taken on a claim in the sustem is recorded. View the Actity and every action is visible. As long as claims are managed with in the system, a log of all actions is available.
Each item of the claim is listed with the details provided by the customer including the images. Images are clickable to view a larger size.
Claims managers can enter the allowed or reimbursable amount for each item with the system calculating the total.
Each field of the item detial is editable by the manager to allow for corrections or adjustments.
Managers can also enter new items on behalf of the customer if they forgot anything with the original submission.
Below the items is the notes section so manager can keep track of updates and conversations. Notes are timestamped and the manager is listed. If a manager is out and another employee is covering, the notes section will attribute the notes the the covering manager.
When the manager completes the claim process with the customer, they can update the status to Settled (or denied).
