Your customers will easily file claims on mobile, tablet, or desktop devices.
The customer must select a claim type before being able to sumit a claim.
For each claim type, there may be different requirements and instructions for relocation customers. Whent he customer selects a claim type, they are presented with the instructions. Mover Claims provides defualt information block, but each agent can customize these per their company requirements.
When a customer selects a different claim type, they will see the new information. In addition to the information changing here, the subsequent required fields in the claims process can also be changed by the agent.
When the customer begins the claims process, they provide the contact information. If the've selected a commercial claim type, they will be required to provide a company name.
The next set of information is the move detail. Pickup and delivery locations and dates, move types, valuation type (if applicable), are collected in addition to customer notes.
When a customer submits the contact and move information, the recieve and email confirming the claim record has started and instructing them on how to continue at a later date if needed. Customers do not always start the claims process with all the necessary infotmation. Mover Claims makes it easy for customers to restart the claim at a later date.
Customers provide claim detail for as many items as necessary. Eech item is saved to their claim as the progress, so if they have to stop, the can return to the claim later to continue.
Customers can upload up to 10 photos per item. They provide the relevant information for each item. As an agent, you can set some of the fields you want to have for a claim. For instance, on a property claim, purchase and weight information is not relevant. But, location is.
Customer can add, edit, or remove items from the claim.
When the customer is ready, they can review the claim items. They can edit or add more items or submit the claim.
As mentioned, customers can restart a claim at a later date. They are provided with a custom link, or they can restart their claim via claim reference lookup.
When a customer submits the claim, they will recieve a Claim Confirmation. Mover Claims provides a standard template, but this is customizable per agent.
